Sweet Potato Casserole

Sweet Potato Casserole: by MittenKitten
3 cups Mashed cooked sweet potatos (I used the vacuum sealed store ones)
1 cup Sugar (I use 1/2 cup otherwise it is very sweet)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter softened

Mix together and put into 2 quart casserole dish

Topping:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup softened butter
1/3 cup flour

Mix together and put ontop of sweet potato mix

Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. YUMMY!
